Under recent leadership, the church has seen its membership increase, with more families and individuals joining the community each year. This expansion isn’t just in numbers—it’s visible in the vitality of ministries, deeper engagement in outreach efforts, and a stronger sense of shared purpose among members. With this momentum, the church is stepping forward with faith, building on its heritage to reach further into Irvington and beyond.
We are deeply committed to addressing the real challenges facing the Irvington community. Guided by faith and compassion, the church actively engages in efforts to combat poverty, reduce the impact of crime, fight hunger, and support youth development. Through outreach programs, partnerships, and hands-on service, Christian Love Baptist Church works to be a beacon of hope—meeting spiritual needs while also standing with neighbors in the struggles of everyday life.

Worship and prayer are the foundation of life at Christian Love Baptist Church. Each service is a time of heartfelt praise, powerful prayer, and spirit-filled preaching that draws us closer to God. In fellowship, we lift our voices, seek God’s guidance, and find strength in His presence—renewing our faith and deepening our commitment to live according to His will.
The church and its members have also received multiple community awards and acknowledgements over the years, such as recognitions for outstanding service, civic-organization honors , and local legacy awards tied to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. observances,remembrance services, public-safety chaplaincy, and ongoing outreach — all of which helped build the reputation that led to these honors.
